our recent stay in playa blanca was absolutely amazing. Hl Rio definitely exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding, with a wide range of fruits and delicious meals. The facilities were clean and spacious, and the 

They're renovating the hotel, the excellent room and stay. Patience! You're doing well and with pleasure. If I visit Playa Blanca again I will return to this hotel and if asked I will recommend it.

Some common areas are rather old-fashioned and poorly lit like the dining room, but when the refurbishment is finished I imagine it will be an excellent one too.

That the rooms were new, staff friendly and location of the hotel.

There was no nightlife and at 10:00 there was no music. little expensive for what it offers and little variety of the buffet.

Original hotel, all of the staff were efficient and excellent, incredible location by everything thanks HL Rio you went above-and-beyond to make a fantastic holiday. The breakfast had something for everyone - tea, cereals, fresh fruit, and omelette. The free parking 

From start to finish, my stay at this amazing resort was absolutely perfect! The variety and quality of food blew my mind. There was a wide range of delicious fruits, mouth-watering meats, and delectable desserts, including a chocolate 

Our stay here was lovely, super base for exploring Playa Blanca. Asia and steak house was set 10 minutes walk away. We liked the pool.

The grounds are nice, the bungalows are spacey, the pool is large.

This is a tired old hotel in need of a facelift. We opted for all inclusive but didnt use it a lot - the food is just OK. Evening entertainment a joke. All inclusive costs borne by the hotel are obviously limited by not having enough bar staff on (I complained twice but nothing changed). Beds are not very comfortable. Hired a bungalow but loads of crockery missing and no kettle, just a coffee maker. Hot water took ages to come on in the morning, and then it was luke warm, evening no problem. Hotel set a long walk from Playa Blanca.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the beach and marina, making it easy to explore the beautiful bay. The rooms are clean and equipped with necessary amenities such as a fridge and safe. The 

Had really good stay for 14 nights. Stayed in modern and functional room with a hot tub. Its location was great right next to the water park.

Daily cleaning of rooms. Location was also good. Size of bungalow and sitting area. Efficient cleaning staff and items not working, quickly rectified.

Not set up sufficiently for self catering. No kettle. Two ring hob only. Fridge leaked as electricity kept tripping. Light bulbs not working when we arrived, so not checked before hand. No facility for sun loungers on patio, and when asked if we could maybe hire them, the answer was no.
